Information collection is made with LGW and CaaS Data situational awareness applications from and with multiple IoT and networking technologies, including but not limited to mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Tetra). All solutions can be installed either as cloud or as local implementation.
CaaS Data
CaaS Data is an asset management solution for IoT data. It enables device connectivity via industry-standard IoT protocols and supports both cloud and on-premises deployments. CaaS Data combines redundancy, performance, and scalability. Caas Data ensures the user will never lose collected and relevant data.
CaaS Data enables IoT data storage for map-based contextual visualization. This in coordination with analytical tools provides the capability to keep up situational awareness and track how events play out.
Use case: Carbonose in collaboration with Vediafi
Joint piloting with Vediafi and the city of Espoo provided the Carbonose solution for recording and visualization of CO2 emissions at a construction site. This is a standalone solution for measuring CO2 emissions at specific measurement points. A carbonose sensor was fitted to VCU for complete reporting of Espoo CO2 emissions at the test-designated construction yard.
This project indicated the potential for implementing CaaS Data and VCU-based Carbonose for solutions, such as cities, construction sites, logistics centers, or other transport nodal points.
